With little preparation on your part, you can also enjoy our home kits in the comfort of your own home. Our Carne Asada Home Kit is perfect for casual backyard parties. Our Banana Wrapped Fish Taco Home Kit can either be barbecued or steamed and enjoyed with all the traditional accompaniments. Our Fiesta Home Kit provides tapas style dishes known as botanas in Mexico. Please order home kits at least 24 hours in advance.

Pollo asada literally translates to “grilled chicken” but in the North of Mexico where Alondra is from, if someone invites you to a pollo asado or carne asada, they would be inviting you to a social gathering, a barbecue of sorts. The scent of grilled meat combined with chili and lime always seems to scream out tequila!!! This kit is meant for a casual backyard party with tequila, cerveza, music and dancing.
